Leadership at LPS is embedded in daily life. From Student Council members who represent their peers, to House Captains who lead by example in academics, sports, and discipline, every leadership role is a stepping stone toward personal and collective growth. Students also take charge as Event Heads, Club Coordinators, Prefects, and Cultural Ambassadors, learning to balance decision-making with accountability.

In addition to formal roles, leadership is cultivated through group projects, social initiatives, model UN conferences, and peer mentoring programs. These experiences teach students how to lead with integrity, communicate effectively, resolve conflicts, and collaborate across diverse teams.
